We spoke with Mike Reno from the band Loverboy, ahead of the band's appearance at the Rise With Glowing Hearts Concert.
The Rise with Glowing Hearts Concert is just over a month away!
The show, which takes place April 27th at the Meridian Centre in St. Catharines, will mark 100 days to go to the Niagara 2022 Canada Summer Games.
Performers include Tim Hicks, Loverboy and Poesy.
We spoke to Loverboy singer Mike Reno, who says he is excited to play again after the pandemic forced the shutdown of the live music industry.
"We are so excited to play. I saw the guys the other day for the first time in two years, and it just felt like family again."
Reno says fans who expect to hear their favourite songs at the show won't be disappointed.
"We play all the hits, and the crowd loves it. The crowd sings along with it...it's just been a great career so far."
