Police say the 24-year-old is safe

Police say he's been found, and is safe.

The family of James Emery last heard from him on Friday. Investigators say Emery usually checks in with his family every day.
He is described as being 190 lbs and five-foot-eight tall with a medium build, brown eyes, brown short hair and glasses.
Police say Emery has a medical condition that requires attention and he will likely be with his service dog.
Emery is known to frequent St. Catharines, Burlington, Union Station in Toronto and Whitby.
