A 69,000 square foot food processing facility will create 12 jobs, the provincial government helping
A major investment by a food manufacturing company in Beamsville, with the help of the provincial government.
The government says Moyer's Apple Products is spending $12-million on a new 69,000 square foot plant, creating 12 new jobs in the Town of Lincoln.
The province is adding $1.5-million.
The new plant will increase efficiency, reduce labour costs, and eliminate production constraints, bring caramel and chocolate production back to the area from other countries.
Moyer's Apple Products is an Ontario-based food processor and family run business since 1799.
