City creates street art and mural program.
A new mural is about to be unveiled in Niagara Falls.
The "Wish You Were Here" mural, which was created by artist Elaine Wallis, will be unveiled September 13th at 3:30 p.m. at the Downtown Queen Street alley.
Attendees will include Mayor Jim Diodati and Cultural Development Coordinator Kim Van Stygeren.
The City has created the "Niagara Falls Urban Walls" street art and mural program.
The program will support local artists and rejuvenate spaces around the community.
