Metrolinx is working with the region to build one in Grimsby, there will be public consultation on this
You'll have a new place to park and catch the GO train in Niagara, if heading to Hamilton or Toronto.
Metrolinx, in partnership with the Niagara Region, is starting planning of the Grimsby station, with the Transit and Rail Project Assessment Process underway.
There is a virtual public meeting to ask questions, from now to March 25th, the link to the website is here.
Metrolinx adds the new station will eliminate the need to drive 30 minutes east or west, in the middle of St. Catharines and Confederation stations.
