Getting through the Canada-U.S. border with your NEXUS pass will cost more than double by the end of 2024
Food costs, gas prices, housing increases and now border crossings are going up?!
In the fall, travellers will pay US$120, an increase of $70, for the five-year NEXUS trusted-traveller program membership, the federal government said in a press release on April 2.
For the last 20 years, the application fee was $50 USD, but times have changed and demand is high for the pass.
Starting October 1st, Canadians will have to pay $120 for enrollment.
