They say it was the most administratively incompetent one imaginable
The Niagara Falls annual BIA general meeting held last night, was, in the words of some attendees, an "embarrassing gong show ".
To start, the roughly 60 attendees were each met at the door by security guards, and were required to prove to BIA staff they were entitled to vote, even though many have been paying members for years.
Some members were not allowed to vote, and after more than 4 hours, 7 people were elected to the new board, but the names have not been made public as yet, because there needs to be a run off election to determine the final 2 board members.
Many left the BIA meeting night bewildered and frustrated, instead of having uplifting networking opportunities such meetings are designed for.
