Niagara Casinos Named Top Employer for 10 Consecutive Years

Niagara Casinos is a Hamilton-Niagara Top Employer, once again.

This is the 10th consecutive year that it has received the honour, through Canada's Top 100 Employers Project.

It's a national competition which judges workplaces based on eight different categories;

- Physical Workplace
- Work Atmosphere
- Social, Health, Financial and Family Benefits
- Vacation and Time Off
- Employee Communications
- Performance Management
- Training and Skills Development
- Community Involvement

Niagara Casinos also received the following awards this time around;

- Workplace Benefits Awards - Mental Health

- Canada's Safest Employers - Wellness (Gold), Psychological Safety (Silver), Services (Silver), Best Culture (Silver)

- Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce - Business That Gives Back
