Police say this dates back to 2004, against a child
A Niagara Falls man is facing a sex assault charge for offences against a child dating back to 2004.
Police starting looking into this case last month, for allegations of assault against someone under 16-years old at the time.
Police say this happened in Welland.
Yesterday, they arrested 57-year old Rodney Hollingworth, who remains in custody with a bail hearing today.
Police believe there could be more victims and ask them to call police.
