Police say earlier this month, an investigation was launched into the sexual exploitation of children.
Yesterday, officers arrested 42-year-old Joseph Brandeur.
He's been charged with luring a child via telecommunication, and possession of child pornography.
A bail hearing has been set for tomorrow.
