The bank account of Niagara Falls ballooning over $5.8-million for hosting Fallsview Casino resort.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says this is the first quarter payment, covering April, May and June.
Since the first casino opened in December 1996, Niagara Falls has received $220,332,514.
The OLG says sharing the profits of casinos with local communities contributes to the economic development including infrastructure and job creation.
