Over $62 million raised for new hospital
The Niagara Health Foundation has received has received a big donation towards the new South Niagara hospital.
Fourteen community groups, businesses and service clubs have teamed up to donate over $1.3 million.
The donors include:

- Niagara German Canadian Club

- Mitch Williams
- Sherman Zavitz
"We are grateful for the generosity of our Founding Donors and the continued leadership they show in support of Niagara Health" says Niagara Health President and CEO Lynn Guerriero. "Whether it is a loved one receiving care or someone who works at the hospital, these gifts will positively impact the lives of many Niagara residents today and in the future."
To date, over $62 million has been raised for the new hospital.
It's expected to be complete in 2028.
