Live feed can be watched on Niagara Health's website
You can now see the construction of the new South Niagara hospital for yourself.
Niagara Health has set up a live feed camera of the project on its website.
A new image is updated every five minutes, and you can watch construction from your cell phone or computer.
"It’s exciting to watch construction as it happens on the new South Niagara Hospital. This small glimpse into the construction process gives you a deeper appreciation for the amount of work that goes into building a structure of this size, the complexities of the process and the people who are working on this project every day," said Angela Zangari, Executive Vice-President, Finance, Redevelopment and Facilities, and Chief Financial Officer at Niagara Health.
The hospital will hold over 400 beds and offer emergency, critical care, diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical services.
It's expected to open in 2028.
