Niagara Health is now welcoming visitors back to inpatients units.
Starting today, visitors can see loved ones from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
In-patients can only have one person at their bedside at a time, but there is no limit on how many visitors a patient can have in one day.
Niagara Health is also expanding the guidelines for support personnel.
This will allow more patients, including those 80 and older, to have a support person in emergency departments and urgent care centres.
