One person arrested after being stopped by Niagara OPP on QEW.
One person is facing charges after being stopped by Niagara OPP last night.
Officers patrolling the QEW near Mountain Road saw a disabled vehicle on Montrose Road and went to assist.
OPP tweeting out the 32 year old driver appeared intoxicated, refused a roadside test, and resisted arrest.
The driver also received a 90 day license suspension.
