Eighteen year old charged.
An eighteen year old is facing stunt driving charges after being stopped by Niagara OPP this morning.
OPP tweeting out the teen was spotted going nearly 200 km/hr this morning on the QEW in St. Catharines.
The driver, who has a G2 license, told police "I'm late for school!"
The car has been impounded for 14 days, and the license was suspended for 30 days.
