Driver pulled over on Niagara River Parkway.
Niagara Parks Police have charged one person with impaired driving.
Around 9:30 last night, officers stopped a speeding driver traveling on the Niagara River Parkway.
The officer found an open container of liquor in the car.
The 22 year old driver, who is from the Niagara region, faces several charges.
A 90 day license suspension has also been issued, and the vehicle has been impounded.
