According to Zolo, an independent real estate marketplace, Windsor is the most affordable large city in the province where the average home price is around $534,000.
St. Catharines-Niagara comes in seventh on the list with average house values of $783,540.
Also on the list Hamilton, London, Guelph and K-W.
But if you're looking for a real deal head to Deep River, located about 200 kilometres north-west of Ottawa,. which topped the list as the province's most affordable small city with an average home price of just over $200,000.
