Local residents are being asked for their thoughts on discrimination in the region.
Individuals across the region are being asked for their input to help make Niagara a more welcoming community.
The Niagara Region has launched an online survey for residents to share examples of discrimination they have witnessed or experienced, as well as their ideas on how to address the problem.
The questionnaire, which takes about 20 minutes, also includes demographic questions such as ethnicity, education and gender.
Submissions will be taken until December 1st.
Officials from the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee and the Niagara Region say the feedback will be used to create the community's first ever Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Action Plan.
The plan will be completed next year.
