The issue of mandatory masks in Niagara will go back to Regional Council tonight.
A special meeting was called earlier this month to talk about mandatory face coverings.
Debate lasted nearly five hours before Chair Jim Bradley deferred the issue to the next regular council meeting.
Some municipalities are waiting to see what the Region decides on the issue before possibly making their own plans.
