Today the only region making a move is York, which will head into the red.
There was hope by many that Niagara would move out of the grey lockdown zone of the province's COVID 19 framework but Friday the province only announced York would move into the red.
Niagara stores remain open but limited to just 25 percent capacity while hair salons, barbershops and gyms remain closed, and there is speculation we will remain in grey for at least another week.
This comes as our COVID caseload continues to trend downward.
Yesterday Niagara Public health reported 19 new cases of the virus and 24 new infections the day before.
