Following a few days of increasing case counts, Niagara Public Health is reporting 22 new COVID-19 cases today.
The death toll remains at 405, and there are 30 patients fighting the virus within Niagara Health with 18 in ICUs.
The region is also reporting 797 active cases of the virus.
Over 53 percent of Niagara adults have received their first vaccination.
