Niagara Reports 25 New COVID-19 Cases

Fifteen local people are battling COVID-19 in hospital.

Niagara's daily COVID-19 case count remains steady.

For the second day in a row, public health officials are reporting 25 new infections.

The death toll is unchanged at 439.

Niagara Health is reporting 15 patients with the virus, with three in ICUs.

Eight of the patients are unvaccinated.

Over 744,000 vaccinations have been administered in the region.

About 77.8 percent of Niagara's residents have their first dose, and 75.2 percent are fully immunized.
