The DSBN and Niagara Catholic District School Boards have released statements in response to the province's return to online learning.
DSBN head Warren Hoshizaki says elementary principals will be sending information on Friday and secondary principals will be sending information on Wednesday to let parents know about how their child will be engaged in learning with their homeroom and/or subject teachers online.
Hoshizaki notes educators are able to transition to remote learning easily as they have previously, and will support your child through both asynchronous and synchronous learning.
Meanwhile, Niagara Catholic says that their senior staff and the Board's COVID leads will meet early tomorrow to finalize plans for the upcoming weeks.
More information will be provided to parents about Niagara Catholic's return to virtual classes in the coming days.
