Knights, kings, queens and princesses will take over the Greg Frewin Theatre in Niagara Falls, for the Niagara SPCA and Humane Society's annual fundraising gala.
It's happening this Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Executive Director John Greer says it's a dinner and show, that will take you back to medieval times.
"We'll have two or three shows throughout the night with knights fighting, the queen's court, some dancing and we're having an after party this year. The people will be able to come out and see some juggling and play some games."
Greer says you don't have to worry if you don't have a costume.
"They have a reverse coat check. So they have all of the gear for the medieval-type stuff. For a small donation you can check your coat and get right into the spirit of things with the actual medieval costumes."
Greer would like to raise about $25,000 this year. All of that money will be going to animal care at the shelters in Niagara Falls and Welland.
