Niagara will enter stage two of reopening this weekend.
The Ford Government will allow Niagara, Hamilton, Haldimand-Norfolk, Durham, York, Halton, and Sarnia Lambton County to enter into stage two this Friday.
Premier Doug Ford made the big announcement this afternoon.
“This will mean more people going back to work at restaurants, bars, beauty salons, shopping malls and many other businesses big and small in those regions.”
Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport Lisa McLeod is planning to visit Niagara Falls on Friday to celebrate its reopening.
Only three regions will remain in stage one for now; Toronto, Peel and Windsor-Essex.
