Another person with COVID-19 has died in Niagara.
Public Health is reporting its first new death in over a month today, raising its death toll to 62.
It says we also have one new case of the virus which brings our total number of cases to 770 since March.
We have 25 active cases in the region and most of them are in Grimsby.
Ontario is reporting 116 new cases today after close to 27,500 COVID tests were completed yesterday.
Seven new deaths have also been reported which raises the province-wide death toll to 2,710.
