The Corner Cannabis Store in St. Catharines is still waiting for the governments approval.
But it will become Niagara's third pot shop, once the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario gives the green light.
The application for the Ontario Street store is listed as "in progress" on the AGCO website.
The Niagara Herbalist opened in St. Catharines last April.
Choom Cannabis opened it's doors in Niagara Falls a few months later.
