Trudeau and Biden talk reopening strategy
Speaking after the G7 summit, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told reporters, while he and President Biden, talked about lifting border restrictions, they did not come to any agreement.
The PM says more people need to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Trudeau adding he and Biden will continue to work together but each will always put the interests and safety of their own citizens first.
Ottawa did announce last week, it is planning to lift quarantine restrictions for Canadian travellers returning home if they are double vaxed, sometime next month.
