They say in both cases the home owners were there, suffered minor injuries, thieves got away
Two home invasions under investigation by Niagara Regional police.
The first one happened May 10th, when police say a number of suspects broke into a home in the Line 1 Road and Four Mile Creek area of Niagara on the Lake, just after 5am.
The home owners were there, one suffered minor injuries, but declined medical attention.
The thieves stole some items, got away, but some of those items have been recovered.
Then, on Tuesday, some suspects broke into a home on St. Paul Avenue in Niagara Falls, just before 5am.
Police say they had a gun, demanded personal items and vehicles keys, then fled.
The victim received minor injuries.
