51 year old man was killed while taking a walk on Silver Bay Road
A Fort Erie man has turned himself in, in connection to a fatal hit and run on the weekend in Port Colborne.
37 year old Tyler James MacDonald surrendered himself for arrest around 9 p.m. last night.
A 51 year old man was killled over the weekend while out walking on Silver Bay Road.
The accident happened Saturday night sometime between 10 p.m. and midnight.
MacDonald is charged with failing to stop after an accident resulting in death.
He's being held in custody for a bail hearing today.
The identity of the victim is not being released at the request of the family.
