Sixty-one year old Richard Koudys has not been seen since Monday afternoon.
His family says that he was last seen at his home in the north end of the city around 4:30 p.m.
It is believed that he left on foot, though he is known to use Welland Transit.
Koudys is described as white, 5'10, and 155 pounds.
He has hazel eyes and brown hair that is balding.
Koudys was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark brown canvass-style winter jacket, a toque and black winter boots.
There is a concern for his well-being.
Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to call the NRP.
