A COVID-19 outbreak at Oakwood Park Lodge has been declared over.
Niagara Health has been providing temporary management support to the team at the home since December 22nd.
An action plan was implemented to strengthen infection prevention and control measures at the home.
As a result, there are no active cases of the virus at the home.
Over the coming weeks, Niagara Health will continue to work with the home to develop a transition plan that ensures the continued health and safety of staff and residents.
