Firefighters were called early this morning to Forks Road
An overnight fire in Wainfleet has killed one person and hurt another.
Emergency crews were called just after midnight, to the fire at a Forks Road address, between Young's Road N and Morog Road.
They found a man with significant burns, he was taken to hospital in critical but stable condition.
Sadly, firefighters also found a body inside, the age and sex of that person is not currently known.
The cause of the fire, and cause of death, are not determined yet, the road has since been reopened.
