The Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation, will start a work to rule campaign on Tuesday November 26th.
But the union says it won't affect student learning.
Members will be holding information pickets before school, after school and during lunch hour.
The campaign will also include a partial withdrawal of administrative services.
The OSSTF represents high school teachers across Niagara and the rest of the province.
