Five people have been charged in an NRP drug bust.
Officers found over $270,000 worth of fentanyl, over $1,100 worth of carfentanil and over $200 worth of cocaine after executing multiple search warrants on Thursday.
They also seized various drug paraphernalia, just under $50,000 cash and a 2018 Nissan Maxima.
Police have arrested a 29-year-old man from Welland, a 53-year-old woman from Welland, a 59-year-old man from St. Catharines, a 34-year-old man from Thorold and a 31-year-old woman with no fixed address.
They each face trafficking-related charges.
