Man and woman arrested in Niagara Falls, but not before a long stand off with police
After a long stand-off with police in Niagara Falls, two people have been arrested for the robbery of cannibas stores throughout Niagara.
Earlier this month police started looking into the string of break and enters, learning that a white 2024 Buick Envista was used, and a house on Garner Road was associated.
On Thursday, police searched the vehicle and house, but not until the suspects eventually surrended.
Police found a large quantity of stolen property, along with suspected clothing and tools used in the break ins.
35-year old Allan Mustard of St. Catharines charged with break and enter, driving while prohibited, and not complying with release order, he had a bail hearing Friday.
37-year old Miranda Temple of Niagara Falls charged with break and enter, she was released with a future court date.
