Two men facing armed robbery charges following an incident in Lincoln.
A pair of men have been arrested for armed robbery after police were called to a residence in Lincoln.
The NRP says on Friday, December 3rd, police received a report of an armed person in the area of King Street and Durham Road.
Investigators determined two men attended a property in attempts to steal scrap metal.
The owner of the scrap metal approached the suspects, which resulted in a verbal argument.
Officers say one of the suspects pointed a silver revolver style handgun at the victim after the argument got heated.
Both of the suspects fled before police arrived, and the victim wasn't hurt.
Thirty-one year old Matthew Mendolia of Port Dover and 27 year old Tony Mendolia of Hamilton were both charged with Robbery With a Firearm and Pointing a Firearm.
