The Town of Pelham wants you to get active this June!
The Town has developed the "June 30 for 30" challenge.
It encourages residents and businesses to track physical activity minutes, in an effort to win the title of Canada's Most Active Community.
The winning community will receive $100,000 to support local initiatives designed to encourage people to remain physically active.
The contest is part of ParticipACTION's National Community Better Challenge.
You can participate in activities such as walking, cleaning the house, gardening, or even running a 5K.
Minutes can be tracked using the ParticipACTION app, the June 30 for 30 challenge on the GooseChase app, or by writing them down and calling the Town.
