Pelham’s cemeteries remain open but only for quick visits, funeral services and burials.
The cemeteries are only available through walk-in access and the gardening of gravesites is not permitted.
If you’re planning to visit a gravesite this Mother’s Day, make sure you stay at least six feet away from others.
You also can’t gather in groups of more than five people.
The town is reminding everyone that cemeteries should not be used for recreational purposes, adding you should be respectful of services and gravesite visitors.
