Major General Danny Fortin confirms that Canada will receive 1.8 million doses of the Pfizer vaccine over the next four weeks.
This includes 403,000 shots next week.
The shipment will be Pfizer's single biggest shipment of doses to Canada.
However, Moderna will only be shipping 168,000 doses the week of February 22nd.
This is about 2/3 of what was originally expected.
