A 32-year old local man is charged, after police found fentanyl, cocaine, and crystal meth
More illegal drugs and guns taken off the streets of Niagara by NRP.
Police began an investigation of a case this month, which led to two search warrants being used yesterday at a local storage locker, and a Harovics Lane address in Niagara Falls.
Police found:
- 2 firearms (one loaded)
- 32.2 grams of fentanyl (value $2500)
- 48.2 grams of cocaine (value $4820)
- 112.9 grams of crystal methamphetamine (value $ 3400)
- $1230 in currency.
Not only is 32-year old Jarrod Brian Graham of Niagara Falls facing a list of charges, but police say he was wanted for failing to comply with a release order.
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl (2 Counts)
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking crystal methamphetamine
- Possession of proceeds of crime
- Possession of stolen property under $5,000 (3 Counts)
- Possession of a firearm without a licence (2 Counts)
- Unsafe storage of a firearm
- Possession of a firearm with ammunition
- Failing to comply with release order
He has a bail hearing today in St. Catharines.
