Pedestrian hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries
Police are investigating after a man was hit by a car in St. Catharines yesterday afternoon.
Just after 3:00 p.m., officers were called to the area of Geneva Street and St. Paul Street.
Investigators say a man in his 60s was hit by a Dodge pickup truck while crossing the street.
The driver, a man in his 50s, stayed at the scene.
The victim was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
There is no word on what caused the crash, and police are asking witnesses to come forward.
