NRP say he's wanted in a drug and gun investigation in Niagara Falls
Police are looking for a 34-year old Etobicoke man after a drug and gun investigation in Niagara Falls.
Following recent detective work this month, they identified two suspects, and arrested one of them yesterday, 25-year old Reshuan Smith-Boland.
He's charged with:
- Possession of Fentanyl for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of Crystal Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of a Loaded, Regulated Firearm
- Possession of a Prohibited Device
- Careless Storage of a Firearm
- Possession of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle
- Possession of a Restricted/Prohibited Weapon Knowingly not holding a License
- Fail to Comply with Prohibition Order
He had a bail hearing today.
Earlier today, police used a search warrant in the Jepson and Victoria Avenue area, and found a rifle and carfentanyl.
The 2nd suspect, Lamar Hamilton of Etobicoke, fled from police, and is wanted for:
- Possession of Fentanyl for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of Crystal Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of a Loaded, Regulated Firearm
- Possession of a Prohibited Device
- Careless Storage of a Firearm
- Possession of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle
- Possession of a Restricted/Prohibited Weapon knowingly not holding a License
- Fail to Comply with Prohibition Order
- Flight from Police
- Dangerous Operation
Police are asking if you see him, or know where he is, do not approach him, but call police.
