NRP say Alpachino Mignott is visiting from Jamaica
Police need your help to find a missing man, who is visiting Canada playing in a rugby event in Brampton.
They say 26-year old Alpachino Mignott is from Jamaica, and was last seen in the Kent and Queenston Street area of Niagara on the Lake, Saturday, October 19th, at around 10:45pm.
Police add they don't know how he is getting around.
He is black, about 181lbs, 6'2, with black hair and black beard.
