Victim propositioned many times on Welland street
A disturbing overnight walk for an individual in Welland early Saturday.
Police say they were called to find out the person was in the Ontario and Plymouth Road area at around 2:30am, when a white 4-door car approached.
Police say the suspect within made several unwanted propositions, which the victim declined.
The suspect is a 40-50 year old brown man, with dark hair and beard.
Police are asking homeowners in the area, and businesses, to look at video surveillance from between 1:30 and 3am and call police if you see the suspect car and man.
