Port Colborne Residents Can Expect Monthly Water Bill

The City of Port Colborne is about to adjust water and wastewater billing cycles.

Starting in July, residents will receive water and wastewater bills monthly instead of quarterly.

The new schedule will be staggered across the city.

Information on when to expect your next bill can be found here.

The City is offering a $25 credit to anyone who is already using or who signs up for pre-authorized payments.

The credit will be used on the October 2021 water bill.

Residents receiving a Guaranteed Income Supplement can apply here for a one-time GIS rebate credit on your water bill
