The Sun says barring a new wave of infections, Moore will recommend all restrictions end before March 31st and that could include lifting vaccine passport requirements as well as masks in low risk settings.
Moore is also expected to recommend the government allow restaurants and other businesses to open at full capacity two days ahead of the scheduled reopening on February 21st, Family Day.
