Portion of Stanley Avenue affected by this closure
Heads up if you use Stanley Avenue in Niagara Falls!
A portion of it will be closed today for railway crossing repairs. The City of Niagara Falls plan to close Stanley Avenue between Portage Road and Thorold Stone Road today from 11:00 AM. The closure goes until tomorrow at 11:00 PM.
The planned closure is to replace all warning systems at the existing rail crossing.
A detour posted will include Portage Road/Mountain Road > St. Paul Avenue > Portage Road > Thorold Stone Road.
Emergency Services will not have through access during the closure.
