Pelham is about to update it's phone system at Town Hall.
This means you may have a hard time if you try to call in this afternoon.
The line could be busy or your call could be disconnected.
The change over will start at 4:00 p.m. and it could take a few hours.
Officials are apologizing for the inconvenience this may cause, and they're thanking everyone for their patience.
